Step 1: Call 440.967.TECH or 419.609.9999

Step 2: Install Active X Component

At the top of this webpage, above the black navigation bar, you will see a prompt to install and ActiveX control. Click on this yellow bar to start the install, and follow the prompts to run the ActiveX component.

Step 3: Tell The Client ID to The Support Center

You will need to give the Client ID below to the support representative.
