Or whenever you are angry, confused, perplexed, or frustrated at your computer...that's when you should call us. Right before you walk away. I'm "Computer Challenged". Will I be able to use this?

Yes, our software has passed numerous standardized software tests. These tests include the difficult "Are you sure I'm not going to wreck something?" Mom Test, the "How can we overcomplicate this?" Dad Test, even the most rigorous test: "Now I do what with the what?" Grandma Test! We are pleased to report that we have yet to have anyone not be able to use our service! It's really that easy!

Is it Safe?

You Bet! It uses the same SSL encryption technology that secures websites when you make purchases online. It doesn't get any safe than that!

What about my private information stored on my computer?

When our technician is connected to your computer you will be able to see everything that is going on. You will see your screen change, programs open & close, you will even see your mouse pointer move. Should you be concerned at any time, you may click on your mouse button to take control back away from the technician.

Once I install your widget, can you connect when I without my permission?

No, absolutely not! The only time we can connect to your computer is when you physicaly go to our website and run the widget. Beyond that, our technicians require you to give them your Client ID which changes every visit to our website. There is no possible way for us to get into your system after your web browser moves away from our Launch webpage. None, whatsoever.

Can I uninstall your widget after we are finished?

Absolutely! Go to Tools-->Manage Add On's and delete our widget! It's really that safe and simple.
